摘要
高速铁路电力牵引供电工程质量安全是保证高速铁路和旅客安全的关键环节。结合电牵高处作业、牵引回流、非标产品、螺栓紧固等的突出安全隐患和典型风险案例,分析具体原因,按照科技保安全的思路,从铁路技术标准、项目设计文件、材料设备进场、工程机械器具、施工工艺工法等质量安全源头控制方面,提出诸如"机械化""工厂化""专业化"的具体对策和建议,构建并完善电牵技防、物防、人防"三位一体"安全保障体系。
The quality and safety of high speed railway electric traction power supply project is the key link to ensure the safety of high speed railway and passengers.Combined with aerial work,traction return current,non-standard products,bolt fastening,analysis of potential safety hazards and typical risks,and according to the idea of ensuring safety by science and technology,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions about railway standards,project design document,incoming inspection material and equipment,selection of mechanical appliances,construction method etc.such as mechanization,industrialization and specialization.In order to construct and perfect"triune"electric traction safety protection system through technology,materials and people.
