摘要
图书馆和读者之间存在着非公开说明的相互期望和理解,这些期望、理解构成了图书馆与读者心理契约的内容。图书馆和读者在践行心理契约的内容上存在着偏差,这些偏差直接影响了图书馆和读者的关系。本文分析图书馆和读者关系不和谐的原因,提出优化二者关系的策略。
There are mutual expectations and understandings between libraries and readers,which constitute the content of psychological contract between libraries and readers.There are some deviations between libraries and readers in the content of psychological contract,which have a direct impact on the relationship.This paper analyzes on the causes of the disharmony between libraries and readers,and puts forward some strategies to optimize the relationship.
