Investigation and Reflection on the Current Situation of Targeted Poverty Alleviation in Public Libraries:A Case Study of Prefecture-level Library in He nan Province

文章利用网站调查法、实地访谈法调研河南省图书馆及18个地市图书馆文化扶贫现状、扶贫措施,发现问题、找出对策,从而为全面脱贫做出贡献。

This paper investigates cultural poverty alleviation current situation and measures of He nan library and 18 prefecture-level libraries in He nan Province by using the methods of website investigation and field interview,then finds out the problems and countermeasures,so as to contribute to the overall poverty alleviation.
