摘要
采用丝网印刷薄膜化工艺制备了NiCl2薄膜正极,研究了薄膜正极中添加单种粘结剂、共混粘接剂以及不同导电剂对单体电池放电性能的影响。实验结果表明,NiCl2薄膜正极中共混粘结剂在粘结性能以及放电性能方面表现优秀,最佳共混比例为MgO与SiO2的质量分数比为90:10,此外,添加10%的活性炭导电剂可以提高薄膜正极的导电性,从而提高电池的放电性能。
NiCl2 thin film cathodes were prepared by screen printing thin film process.The effects of adding a single binder,blending binder and different conductive agent on the discharge performance of the single cell were studied.The experimental results show that the blending binder in NiCl2 thin film cathode exhibits excellent bonding performance and discharge performance,and the optimum blending ratio of MgO and SiO2 is 90∶10.The addition of 10%activated carbon conductive agent can improve the conductivity of thin film cathode,thereby improving the discharge performance of the battery.
