摘要
由于电池单体所处温度场不均匀以及电池单体内阻、库仑效率等参数的不一致,电池组在反复充、放电过程中会产生电池单体剩余电量不一致的现象,限制了电池组整体的可用容量。为此,提出了一种基于K-Means聚类分析的串联电池组主动均衡策略,该方法以电池荷电状态(SOC)一致性为均衡目标。以8节三元锂电池串联构成的电池组作为实验对象,在搭建的电池均衡实验平台上进行了实验验证,结果表明,电池组均衡操作前后可用容量分别为1.75和1.87Ah,经过均衡,可用容量提升了6.86%,证明了所提出的均衡策略的有效性。
Due to the inconsistent temperature field and the inconsistency of the internal resistance and the coulombic efficiency,the battery pack may be inconsistent in the remaining battery capacity during the process of repeated charging and discharging,which limits the overall capacity of the battery pack.With regard to the problem,an active equalization strategy for series connected battery pack based on K-Means cluster analysis was proposed,and the equilibrium target referred to the consistent state of charge(SOC).The battery pack consisting of 8 ternary lithium batteries in series was used as the experimental object.The experiment was carried out on the battery equalization experiment platform.The results show that the overall capacity of the battery pack is respectively 1.75 and 1.87 Ah before and after the equalization operation.After equalization,the capacity is increased by 6.86%,which proves the effectiveness of the proposed equalization strategy.
