Application and Practice of New Development Concept in the Survey and Design of Highway

为深入贯彻落实创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享新发展理念,推动京津冀协同发展、雄安新区建设和北京冬奥会筹办。通过分析雄安新区对外骨干路网新建高速公路项目总体设计思路,通过理念创新和技术创新,实施智能交通、智能建造、长寿命路面、以及服务区升级版,致力打造五个样板;探索延崇高速公路河北段设计思路与实践,通过建设全国最长的螺旋隧道、最长的高速公路自动驾驶实验路段、大规模推广应用钢桥以及开放共享服务区等工程实践,打造交通运输部首批绿色公路典型示范工程和新一代国家交通控制网智慧公路试点。

In order to implement the new development concept of innovation,coordination,green development,openness,sharing and promote the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the Xiongan New Area,making preparations for the Beijing winter Olympics.This paper analyzes the overall design ideas of the new highway project of Xiongan New Area with foreign backbone network by concept innovation and technical innovation,through the implementation of intelligent transportation system,intelligent construction and long-life pavement committed to building five samples.Exploring the design ideas and practice of the hebei section of Yannoble expressway which has built the longest spiral tunnel in the country,the longest self-driving experiment road and large-scale application of steel bridge,etc.It will build a green road demonstration of the Ministry of Transport and pilot projects for a new generation of national traffic control networks and smart roads.
