成都简州新城立体路网规划及改善设计 被引量:2

摘要 城市发展过程中,高强度开发带来的交通问题与市民高品质城市生活环境需求的矛盾不断加剧。以成都市简州新城龙马湖长岛交通规划方案为例,利用有限的道路空间资源,构建立体路网,为慢行交通和片区公交提供独立的通行空间,支撑公园城市发展目标;通过对立体路网交通的常见问题进行归纳与分析,从多方面提出道路交通优化改善措施,包括路网结构采用双向丰字形路网,道路横断面采用“桥梁+地面路”形式、路中或路侧自然采光通风及路侧景观多样化设计,交叉口采用“导流岛+信号灯”形式,地块交通组织采用地面首层化设计等措施,最终实现上层路网公共交通和慢行交通通行环境的高品质,同时保证下层路网机动车交通环境舒适畅达。 In the process of urban development,the contradiction between traffic problems brought by high-intensity exploitation and citizens'demands for high-quality urban living environment is increasingly intensified.Taking the traffic planning scheme of Long Island of Jianzhou New Town in Chengdu as an example,a stereoscopic road network is constructed by using limited road space resources,to provide independent space for slow traffic and public transport,so as to support the development goal of the park city.By summarizing and analyzing the common problems of stereoscopic road network traffic,optimization and improvement measures of road traffic are proposed from various aspects,to realize the high quality of public transport and slow traffic environment of the upper road network,and to ensure the comfort and fluency of the motor traffic environment of the lower road network.The measures includes that two-way fish-bone road network is adopted in the planning of road network structure,the form of"bridge+ground road",natural lighting and ventilation in the middle of the road or on the side of the road,and diversified roadside landscape design are adopted in the road cross-section planning,the form of"channelization island+signal lamp"is adopted in intersection planning and the form of ground-layer design is adopted in traffic organization planning.
