国内外加氢站发展述评及相关建议

Development of Hydrogen Refueling Stations at Home and Abroad and Related Suggestions

加氢站是氢燃料电池汽车实现商业化的关键基础设施之一,首先介绍日本、美国、欧洲和中国在加氢站方面的建设运营情况和相关支持政策,其次从政策支持与产业协作、技术研发与装备攻关、安全运营与监督管理等三个方面就中国加氢站发展面临的挑战进行了分析,并提出应该吸取发达国家先进经验,加强包括氢安全在内的基础研究,持续开展新技术的研发与技术验证,着力推动设备和零部件的自主创新,协同探索氢能商业化推广模式,防范产业无序竞争和产能过剩风险,建立健全安全检测、认证和监管体系等建议。

Hydrogen refueling station is one of the key infrastructures for the commercialization of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.This paper first introduces the overall development of hydrogen refueling stations and related support policies in Japan,the United States,Europe and China.Secondly,from the aspects of policy support&industrial cooperation,technology research&equipment development,safe operation&supervision,the challenges facing the development of China's hydrogen refueling stations are analyzed,and it is suggested that learn from the advanced experience of developed countries,strengthen basic research,including hydrogen safety,and continuously carry out research and development and technical validation of new technologies.The industries should focus on independent innovation of equipment and components,jointly explore the commercialization model of hydrogen energy,prevent the risk of disorderly competition and overcapacity in the industry,and establish and improve safety testing,certification and regulatory systems.
