手术矫治唇腭裂颌骨畸形相关并发症

Related Complications in Orthognathic Surgery of Cleft Lip and Palate

唇腭裂是口腔颌面部最常见的先天性畸形之一,影响着患者口腔颌面部器官的功能和形态,约15%~50%的唇腭裂患者继发上颌骨发育不全。手术可有效矫正颌骨畸形,但同时可能导致上颌骨回缩复发、腭咽闭合不全、感染等并发症。本文对手术治疗唇腭裂颌骨畸形相关并发症进行综述,以期为临床诊治提供指导。

Cleft lip and palate is one of the most common congenital malformation and effects the aesthetics and functions of the oral and maxillofacial organs.A significant proportion of patients(15%-50%)may result in maxillary hypoplasia and require orthognathic surgery,but surgery may lead to many complications such as recurrence of maxillary hypoplasia,velopharyngeal incompetence,infection and so on.In this paper,the complications in cleft lip and palate orthognathic surgery were reviewed,trying to make a guidance for clinical treatment.
