腹针治疗功能性室性期前收缩的疗效观察

Effect of Abdominal Acupuncture on Functional Ventricular Premature Contraction

目的观察腹针治疗功能性室性期前收缩的疗效。方法66例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组予非经非穴位浅刺,治疗组予腹部针刺治疗,两组每日治疗1次,每次留针30 min,一共治疗12次。观察治疗前后功能性室性期前收缩患者的中医临床症状、心悸发作次数、心悸发作程度、室性期前收缩次数的变化。结果治疗组综合疗效总有效率、中医症状总有效率、室性期前收缩总有效率分别为84.62%、87.09%、67.74%,均高于对照组的13.33%、43.33%、13.33%(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组心悸发作次数均较治疗前减少(P<0.05),治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组心悸持续时间均显著缩短(P<0.05),治疗组短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹部针刺治疗能够明显改善功能性室性期前收缩患者的中医临床症状,减少心悸发作次数,缩短心悸持续时间,腹针治疗对室性期前收缩具有较好的疗效。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of abdominal acupuncture by observing the changes of the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,the number of palpitations and the number of ventricular premature contractions before and after treatment.Methods:66 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group was treated with non-meridian and non-acupoint superficial needling,the treatment group with abdominal acupuncture,once a day,12 times for a course,retaining the needle for 30 min each time.Before and after treatment,the changes of clinical symptoms,the number of palpitations,the degree of palpitations and the number of ventricular premature contractions were observed.Results:In the treatment group,the total effective rate of comprehensive efficacy,the total effective rate of clinical symptoms and the total effective rate of ventricular precontraction were 84.62%,87.09%,and 67.74%,which were all higher than that of the control group(13.33%,43.33%,and 13.33%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of palpitations in the treatment group decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the number of palpitations in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the duration of palpitation in both groups was significantly shortened(P<0.05),and that in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Abdominal acupuncture could significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with functional ventricular premature contractions,reduce the number of palpitations,shorten the duration of palpitations.Abdominal acupuncture had a good effect on ventricular premature contractions.
