消肿止痛膏对四肢骨折后急性肿胀患者疼痛、炎症因子及微循环状态的影响 被引量:14

Effects of Xiaozhong Zhitong Ointment on Pain,Inflammatory Factors and Microcirculation Status in Patients with Acute Swelling after Fracture of Extremities

摘要 目的观察消肿止痛膏对四肢骨折后急性肿胀患者疼痛、炎症因子及微循环状态的改善作用。方法将98例四肢闭合性骨折患者随机分为对照组与观察组两组各49例。对照组行常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用消肿止痛膏外敷。结果观察组总有效率为95.92%,明显高于对照组的83.67%(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的肿胀程度及疼痛评分,肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平,形态积分、周围状态积分及白微栓率均明显下降,但观察组下降更明显(P<0.05)。治疗后毛细血管流速均明显升高,但观察组升高幅度更大(P<0.05)。结论消肿止痛膏联合常规治疗可明显提高四肢骨折后急性肿胀患者临床疗效,缓解肿胀及疼痛,减轻炎症反应,改善微循环。 Objective:To investigate the effects of Xiaozhong Zhitong Ointment on pain,inflammatory factors and microcirculation status in patients with acute swelling after limb fracture.Methods:98 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,49 cases in each.The control group received routine treatment;the observation group was given external application of Xiaozhong Zhitong Ointment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the degree of swelling,pain,the levels of TNF-α,IL-1 and IL-6,the morphological score,the surrounding state score and the white micro-embolization rate decreased significantly in the two groups,and the decrease of the observation group was more obvious.The capillary flow rate was significantly increased after treatment,and the increase of the observation group was greater(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaozhong Zhitong Ointment combined with conventional treatment can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients with acute swelling after limb fracture,relieve swelling and pain,reduce inflammation and improve microcirculation.
