针灸联合药线点灸治疗产后急性单纯性乳腺炎的临床疗效分析

Clinical efficacy analysis of Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Postpartum Acute Simple Mastitis

目的观察针灸联合药线点灸治疗产后急性单纯性乳腺炎的临床效果。方法患者58例随机分为治疗组31例与对照组27例。治疗组在常规治疗基础上增加针刺和药线点灸,对照组采用常规药物外敷和电磁谱理疗仪结合治疗。应用视觉模拟评分、乳腺硬度分度和临床急性乳腺炎评价标准评估临床疗效。结果治疗组在乳腺疼痛和乳腺硬度改善方面的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治愈率为64.5%、总有效率为96.8%,均高于对照组的29.6%、81.5%(P<0.05)。结论针灸结合治疗方案干预产后急性单纯性乳腺炎较常规治疗具有更好缓解乳腺疼痛和乳腺硬度的优点,提高了治疗有效性,值得临床进一步深入研究。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on the postpartum acute simple mastitis.Methods:58 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=31)and the control group(n=27).In the treatment group,acupuncture and moxibustion with medicine line point program intervention were added on the basis of routine treatment,while in the control group,routine drug external application and electromagnetic spectrum physiotherapy instrument were used.The visual analogue scale of breast pain,breast hardness scale and clinical acute mastitis evaluation criteria were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results:The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in breast pain and breast hardness improvement,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cure rate and total effective rate of acupuncture and moxibustion were 64.5%and 96.8%in the treatment group,higher than those of the control group(29.6%and 81.5%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion on the postpartum acute simple mastitis has the advantages of better relief of breast pain and breast hardness and better clinical efficacy than conventional treatment,worth promoting.
