加热棕榈油对大鼠肠道代谢物影响

摘要 研究加热棕榈油对大鼠肠道代谢物短链脂肪酸的影响。以Sprague Dawley大鼠为实验对象,将大鼠随机分为三组,低脂饮食组(CON),高热量棕榈油组(POC)和高热量加热棕榈油组(POH)。饲喂8周后收集大鼠粪便,检测粪便短链脂肪酸含量。结果显示:棕榈油的摄取对肠道代谢物并无显著的影响,而加热的棕榈油可显著降低丁酸含量,对戊酸含量有降低但并不显著,而对其他四种短链脂肪酸并无显著影响。结论:棕榈油可以缓解高热量膳食对机体肠道代谢的影响,但棕榈油用于油炸使用对人体是否健康还需更多研究。 To study the effect of heated palm oil on intestinal metabolites in rats.As experimental subjects,Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups,including a low-fat diet group(CON),a high-calorie palm oil group(POC),and a high-calorie heated palm oil group(POH).The feces of rats were collected after rats had been fed for 8 weeks,and then the content of short-chain fatty acids in the feces was detected and analyzed.The results showed that Palm oil intake had no significant effect on intestinal metabolites,while heated palm oil significantly reduced butyric acid content,reduced pentanoic acid content but not significantly,and had no significant effect on the other short chain fatty acids.Conclusion:Palm oil can alleviate the effect of high calories diet on the intestinal metabolism of the body,but more research is needed on the health of palm oil for frying.
