摘要 对旧沥青路面抽提的旧沥青进行温再生设计。确定旧沥青再生目标标号后,通过试配法进行旧沥青的再生试验,初定再生剂掺量为8.65%。在3%的温拌剂掺量和30%旧料掺量的前提下,制备热再生沥青和温再生沥青试样,分别进行沥青三大指标的测试,结果表明温再生后沥青的针入度、软化点达标,延度稍有差距。分析了再生剂和温拌剂对沥青三大指标的影响方向及原因。抗老化性能测试结果表明,该温再生沥青耐老化性能良好。可见该温再生沥青可用于旧沥青路面的温再生。 This paper designed the warm recycling of old asphalt extracted from old asphalt pavement.After determining the regeneration target penetration of old asphalt,the old asphalt regeneration test was carried out through the trial method.The initial regenerant content was 8.65%.Under the premise of 3%warm mixing agent content and 30%old material content,the hot-reclaimed and warm-reclaimed asphalt samples were prepared,and we tested three major indicators of every asphalt.The results showed that the penetration and softening point of warm-recycled asphalt was up to standard,but the ductility was slightly different;the influence directions and reasons of regenerant and warm mixing agent on asphalt’s three major indicators were analyzed.The anti-aging performance test results showed that the warm-recycled asphalt had good aging resistance.It can be seen that the warm-recycled asphalt can be used for the warm-regeneration of old asphalt pavement.
