油田回注水系统水质恶劣的成因分析

摘要 随着采油污水含量的上升,将含油污水处理后回注已成为降低油田污水外排量和保证油田产率的手段之一。含油污水经污水处理站内工艺处理后,通过管网输送至井口回注,当井口水中悬浮物含量过高时,回注极容易堵塞注水井。以江汉油田某污水站系统为例,对其站内工艺及管网进行分析,发现井口水中悬浮物含量高的主要原因在于站内混凝工艺效果不佳,同时沿程发生了腐蚀结垢的现象,导致井口水质恶劣。试验可为该站回注水处理工艺的改进提供理论依据。 With water content in crude oil increasing,the reinjection water has become important measures to reduce the oilfield sewage discharge,ensuring the oilfield production rate at the same time.The sewage water treated by oilfield reinjection water process will be transported through the pipe network to the wellhead.The water of wellhead carries a large amount of suspended solids,which is easy to block the seepage rate of the water injection well.This work addressed on monitoring water parameters throughout the whole distribution system from oilfield sewage to the water injection wells in Jianghan oilfield.Our results showed that the increase of suspended solid in water was due to bad coagulation,with the pipe corrosion and scale formation relatively high to it.This article describes the reasons of the reform of oilfield reinjection water process treatment in future.
