摘要
本试验将用碳纤维制作的频率选择表面(FSS)创造性地应用于蜂窝夹层雷达吸波材料中,研究了碳纤维超表面的尺寸对整体结构材料的吸波性能影响。试验结果表明,加入了碳纤维FSS的蜂窝夹层结构,在4~12 GHz的频率上,吸波能力得到提高,而且不同尺寸的碳纤维FSS对其影响的效果有所差别。在4~12 GHz频率上,随着碳纤维FSS的尺寸增加,材料整体的吸波能力得到提高,到达一定尺寸后,材料整体的吸波性能达到最强,之后碳纤维FSS的尺寸再增加,材料整体的吸波性能不再提高。
The frequency selective surface(FSS)made of carbon fiber is creatively applied to honeycomb sandwich radar absorbing materials,and the effect of the size of the carbon fiber super surface on the absorbing properties of the overall structural material was studied.The experimental results show that the honeycomb sandwich structure with the addition of carbon fiber FSS improves the wave absorbing ability at frequencies of 4~12 GHz,and the effects of different sizes of carbon fiber FSS on it have different effects.At the frequency of 4~12 GHz,as the size of the carbon fiber FSS increases,the overall material's absorbing capacity is improved.After reaching a certain size,the material's overall absorbing performance reaches the strongest,and then the size of the carbon fiber FSS increases again,the overall material wave performance is no longer improved.
