港口项目中的工业建筑,在实施的过程中,严格套用“绿色建筑”的相关标准困难很大。本文从绿色理念的角度,提出“集约型工业建筑”的定义及具体要求,以达到提升港口工业建筑能源利用效率、便于建筑升级改造的目的。

It is very difficult for the industrial buildings in ports to comply with the standards involving green building strictly.The definition and specific requirements of intensive industrial buildings are put forward subject to green concept,which will improve the energy use efficiency of industrial buildings in ports and upgrade the buildings.
