文旅融合中民间表演艺术表演者生态的思考与探索

Thinking and Exploration about Performer’s Ecology of Folk Performing Arts in Integrating Culture and Tourism

在文旅融合中,民间表演艺术表演者生态是一个维持表演者可持续发展的系统。该系统由民间表演艺术主体要素、主体环境要素、主体可持续发展能力要素构成。民间艺术旅游演出是文旅融合的重要表现形式。民间表演艺术表演者生态存在诸多问题,其主要成因是民间表演艺术表演者的生态环境变迁、表演者社会地位不高、表演回报不足。因此,政府与民间力促民间表演艺术与经济协同发展、搭建创演平台提升作者和表演者水平、建立机制培养观众和保护人才、重构权利制度保障表演者权益,更好地促进民间表演艺术表演者自觉振兴民族艺术。

In integration of culture and tourism,performer’s ecology on folk performing arts is a system to maintain the sustainable development of performers.The system consists of main elements of folk performing arts,main envi⁃ronmental elements and main elements of sustainable development ability.Performance about folk art tourism is an important manifestation of cultural and tourism integration.There are many problems in the ecology,and the main causes are ecological environment changes on folk performing arts performers,low social status of performers and in⁃sufficient performance returns.For those reasons,the government and people are urging coordinated development of folk performing arts and economy,setting up a platform for creating performances to improve the level of authors and performers,setting up a mechanism to train audiences and protect talents,restructuring rights system to protect rights and interests of performers,so as to better promote voluntary revitalization of national arts by folk performing arts per⁃formers.
