不同采收期坛紫菜中半乳聚糖硫酸酯的结构特征分析 被引量:3

摘要 采集一水至六水不同采收期坛紫菜叶状体,测定坛紫菜中几类多糖成分的含量变化,并提取半乳聚糖硫酸酯,对其进行成分测定和结构解析,探索不同采收期坛紫菜中半乳聚糖硫酸酯响应低温胁迫的调控变化.结果表明,随着采收期的推移,坛紫菜中蛋白质含量逐渐减少,纤维素含量逐渐增加,红藻淀粉含量先增加后减少,半乳聚糖含量逐渐降低至稳定状态.化学成分测定与核磁共振波谱表明,随着采收期的推移,坛紫菜中半乳聚糖硫酸酯的总糖含量逐渐降低,3,6-内醚半乳糖含量逐渐增加,D-半乳糖甲基化程度增加. The contents of polysaccharides in red algae Porphyra haitanensis at different growth stages from the first water to the sixth water were measured,and the galactosan sulfate was extracted.The composition determination and structure analysis were carried out to explore the regulatory changes of galactosan sulfate of Porphyra haitanensis in response to low temperature stress at different harvest stages.The results showed that the cellulose content increased gradually during the whole harvesting period,while the starch content increased first and then decreased.The content of galactosan sulfate decreased gradually to a stable state.The results of chemical composition determination and NMR spectroscopy showed that the total sugar content of galactosan sulfate decreased gradually,and the content of 3,6-endoether galactose increased gradually.The methylation degree of D-galactose increased with the increase of harvest time.
