翻卷管工艺及其成形模具比较研究

摘要 分析翻卷管吸能器的技术应用现状、工作原理和翻卷管发生塑性变形的力学特性,并研究翻卷管成形机理和不同翻卷管成形工艺.通过比较现阶段翻卷管加工工艺类型及其优缺点,分析内翻、外翻和复合翻的制造成功率.基于不同翻卷管的工艺特点、模具复杂程度和材料用量成本估算,得出采用锥形模或圆角模比拉伸模的模具开发成本至少低50%,适合新材料翻卷管的小批量试制;拉伸模的开发成本虽高,但成功率高,成品精度可控,更适合批量生产. The technical application status,working principle and mechanical characteristics of the invertube were analyzed.Secondly,the forming mechanism of invertube and the different forming processes were studied.The success rates of manufacturing invertube by the inner inversion,outer inversion and mixed inversion were also analyzed by comparing the processing technology types at present and their advantages and disadvantages were also discussed.Finally,based on the characteristics of different invertube processing technologies,die complexity and material consumption cost estimation,it drew a conclusion that cone die or rounded die development costs are lower than the stretching die's by at least 50%,so they are suitable for manufacturing some new material invertubes with a small batch production.The development cost of the stretching die is high,but the success rate is also high,and the product precision is easily controlled,so the stretching die is more suitable for the invertube mass production.
