兴趣游戏对2~12岁患儿围手术期焦虑的影响

Effects of Interest Games on Perioperative Anxiety in 2~12 Years Old Children

通过检索PubMed、EMBASE、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库和维普期刊数据库公开发表的中英文文献,选择研究内容为兴趣游戏对2~12岁围手术期患儿焦虑的影响、研究设计为随机对照的文献,共纳入9篇文献,其中包含808例研究对象,并采用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析.结果显示,与常规护理组比较,兴趣游戏能够缓解患儿术前、麻醉诱导时及术后心理焦虑,减轻术后疼痛,差异均有统计学意义.结果提示,兴趣游戏能够缓解2~12岁患儿围手术期的心理焦虑,可为兴趣游戏的临床应用提供循证依据.

After retrieving the databases of Cochrane library,PubMed,Web of science,EMBASE,China biomedical literature database,Chinese academic journal full text database,Wanfang and Weipu database,the literature were screened for those of investigating the effects of interest games on perioperative anxiety in 2~12 years old children.With a study design of relevant randomized controlled trials(RCTs),9 RCTs including 808 perioperative children were selected.The statistical analysis was performed by RevMan5.3 software.The results showed that compared with the routine nursing,the interest play alleviated the anxiety of perioperative children before surgery,during induction of anesthesia and after surgery.Moreover,the interest play reduced pain post operation for perioperative children.The article indicates that interest games can relieve the perioperative anxiety of 2~12 years old children,and it is worth promoting for 2~12 years old children during perioperative period.
