构建人类命运共同体是习近平针对“世界怎么了,我们怎么办?”这一人类社会发展的重大时代课题给出的中国方案。人类命运共同体旨在通过世界各国“共谋、共治、共享、共在”,建设持久和平、普遍安全、共同繁荣、开放包容、清洁美丽的世界。人类命运共同体是马克思和恩格斯“真正的共同体”思想的当代实践。“真正的共同体”预期的社会形态是共产主义社会,其目标指向是“自由人的联合体”。人类命运共同体这一理念的提出与实践,为通往“真正的共同体”提供了思想条件、经济条件、文化条件及人的条件。

Building a community of shared future for mankind is a Chinese strategy initiated by Xi Jinping in response to"what has become of this world and what should we do?",a major issue of the times about the development of human society.A community of shared future for mankind aims to build a world of lasting peace,universal security,common prosperity,openness,inclusiveness,cleanness and beauty through"collusion,co-governance,sharing,and coexistence"of all countries in the world.It is the contemporary practice of Marx and Engels′thought of"a true community",whose expected social form is a communist society targeted at establishing"a union of free people".The proposition and practice of this concept provides ideological,economic,cultural and human conditions for the way to"a true community".
