摘要
以山丹干为材料,氯化钠,柠檬酸,抗坏血酸和EDTA-2Na为护色因子,色泽为响应值,研究不同因子对山丹干的护色效果。单因素试验表明,4种因子对色泽的保护依次为:EDTA-2Na>抗坏血酸>柠檬酸>氯化钠。多因素分析表明,以0.69%氯化钠、0.40%柠檬酸、0.40%抗坏血酸和0.65%EDTA-2Na组成的护色液的护色效果最好。
The color protection effect of different factors was studied by using dried lily as material,sodium chloride,citric acid,ascdrbic acid and EDTA-2Na as response value.The single factor experiments show that the protective effects of the four factors on color are EDTA-2Na>ascorbic acid>citric ocid>sodium chloride.Multi-factor analysis shows that the color protection solution composed of 0.69%sodium chloride,0.40%citric acid,0.40%ascorbic acid and 0.65%EdTA-2Na has the best color protection effect.
