农药类内分泌干扰物对动物生殖系统干扰机制的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 内分泌干扰物作为一类广泛存在于环境中的污染物,对动物繁殖和人类可持续发展造成极大影响。本文从与人类生产生活息息相关的农药类内分泌干扰物入手,综述其对动物生殖系统的影响,重点介绍了农药对动物生殖相关基因的影响,并归纳总结了几个方面,包括调控促性腺激素相关基因、细胞增殖分化相关基因、性激素受体相关基因等。最后对当前研究存在的问题进行总结和展望,认为细化信号通路介导机制、隔代效应、定量研究的深入都是仍需进一步开展的问题,以期能为有关动物生殖相关基因的研究提供参考价值。 As a kind of pollutants widely existing in the environment,endocrine disrupting chemicals have great influence on animal reproduction and human sustainable development.In this paper,the effects of pesticide endocrine disruptors on animal reproduction system are reviewed,and the effects of pesticide on animal reproduction-related genes are mainly introduced,including genes related to gonadotropin,genes related to cell proliferation and differentiation,and genes related to sex hormone receptors.At last,the problems existing in the current research are summarized and prospected,and it is considered that the further research on the mechanism of signal pathway,the effect of generation gap and the quantitative research are all the problems that need to be further developed,in order to provide reference value for the research of animal reproduction-related genes.
