摘要
近年来本国羽毛球项目发展迅速并一向位于世界前沿地位,是奥运会重要夺金项目之一。随着我国科技的飞速发展、体育赛制的逐步更新、竞赛水平的逐步提高,对运动员的体能要求变得越来越严格。但目前羽毛球专项体能的训练方法并不科学完善,在重视技战术的训练基础上,相对忽略专项体能训练。本文通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法在前人研究的基础之上,对合理开展羽毛球专项体能的训练方法、训练内容展开论述,旨在丰富羽毛球运动专项体能训练方法、内容,以期为后来研究者提供理论与实践指导。
In recent years,badminton in China has developed rapidly and has always been at the forefront of the world.It is one of the important gold medal winning events in the Olympic Games.With the rapid development of science and technology,the gradual renewal of the sports competition system and the gradual improvement of competition level,the physical requirements of athletes become more and more strict.However,the current badminton special physical training methods are not scientific and perfect,and on the basis of the emphasis on technical and tactical training,special physical training is relatively ighored.On the basis of previous studies,this paper discusses the training methods and contents of the badminton specific physical fitness through the methods of literature and logical analysis,in order to enrich the methods and contents of the badminton specific physical fitness training,with a view to providing theoretical and practical guidance for later researchers.
