摘要
为了研究不同植物生长调节剂对脱毒马铃薯试管苗的影响,采用西藏日喀市农业科学研究所薯类脱毒中心繁育的艾玛200901新品系脱毒马铃薯试管苗,设置以普通培养基为对照,添加调节剂甘露醇和B9培养基的2个处理,在无菌环境下切繁茎尖后放在适宜的培养环境条件下进行培养,观察试管苗在30 d之内的生长情况,进而确定有利于脱毒试管苗生长的最佳调节剂。
The research aimed to study the effects of plant growth regulator on the growth of virus-free tube potato plantlets.In this experiment,the virus-free tube potato plantlets of Emma 200901 were used as materials which were bred by Agricultural Science Research Institute of Rikaze.Shoot apical meristems were inoculated into MS medium and MS medium added with B9 or Mannitol under sterile conditions.To determine the optimal plant growth regulator for the growth of virus-free tube potato plantlets,the seedling growth was observed in 30 days.
