摘要
本文基于民用飞机供应商管理的复杂性,分析了在研制阶段对主要机载系统供应商实施有效管理的重要性,并指出在现阶段管理活动中存在的问题,最后提出包括完善对一级供应商的绩效评价等四点改善建议.
This article is based on the complexity of the civil aircraft supplier management,to start with analyzing the importance of implement effective management to major airborne systems suppliers during development stage,followed by pointing out the existing problems in the current management activities,conclude by proposing four suggestions for improvement which include to perfect supplier performance evaluation.
