摘要 在当前智能电网建设大力推动能源互联网发展的背景下,区块链技术是智能电网建设的关键技术,已成为系统安全与防护助推剂。文章从现阶段电力系统安全管理角度出发,总结系统安全测评管理中现有的测评工具、架构和流程等,通过梳理区块链技术的优势和局限性,提出构建电力系统安全测评管理系统,并详细阐述区块链技术应用于电力系统安全测评管理的可行性和优势,结合实际需求搭建安全测评管理系统架构,并对其中涉及的关键技术进行分析阐述。最后通过实际应用,表明区块链技术能够满足电力系统安全测评管理系统高效运行的要求。 In the context of energy interconnection,blockchain technology is one of the key technologies,which is helpful for system security and protection.From the perspective of power system security management at this stage,this paper summarizes the current evaluation tools,structures and processes in the system security evaluation management.By analyzing the advantages and limitations of blockchain technology,this paper constructs a power system security evaluation management system,and expounds the feasibility and advantages of blockchain technology applied to power system security evaluation management.The architecture of security evaluation management system is built according to the actual requirements,and the key technologies involved are analyzed and expounded.Finally,practical application shows that the blockchain technology can meet the requirement of efficient operation of power system security evaluation and management system.
