摘要
本文以2.5DC/SiC陶瓷基复合材料为研究对象开展疲劳失效机理研究。首先,开展了2.5DC/SiC陶瓷基复合材料的力学试验,获取了复合材料的拉-拉疲劳特性,发现了2.5DC/SiC陶瓷基复合材料的疲劳破坏机理。然后,采用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对C/SiC陶瓷基复合材料失效断口进行了观察分析。通过对比失效断口形貌和细观损伤模式,对2.5DC/SiC陶瓷基复合材料疲劳破坏特征进行了讨论。
In this paper,the fatigue failure mechanism of 2.5D C/SiC ceramic matrix composites was studied.Firstly,the mechanical test of 2.5D C/SiC ceramic matrix composites was carried out to obtain the pull-pull fatigue characteristics of the composites,and the fatigue failure mechanism of 2.5D C/SiC ceramic matrix composites was discovered.Then,the failure fracture of C/SiC ceramic matrix composites was observed and analyzed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope.The fatigue failure characteristics of 2.5D C/SiC ceramic matrix composites were discussed by comparing the failure fracture morphology and mesoscopic damage pattern.
