摘要
本文的目的是开发非布索坦新的固态化学形式,并期望能进一步改善非布索坦的溶解特性。本文利用溶剂辅助研磨法成功制备了两种非布索坦-烟酸系列新共晶,并通过红外、粉末X射线衍射和差示扫描量热法对其进行了理化性质表征。与非布索坦Z晶型相比较,非布索坦-异烟酸共晶表现出更高的热稳定性。
The purpose of this paper is to develop the new solid-state chemical form of febuxostat,and to improve the solubility of febuxostat.In this paper,two new cocrystals of febuxostat were prepared by solvent-assisted grinding,and their physical and chemical properties were characterized by infrared spectroscopy,powder X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry.Compared with febuxostat(Polymorph Z),febuxostat-isonicotinic acid cocrystal showed higher thermal stability.
