CLR与UASB厌氧反应器处理渗滤液的对比研究

摘要 文章从厌氧反应器设计规格参数、渗滤液出水指标、运行能耗和系统稳定性等特性进行分析与比较,结合渗滤液处理系统运行数据,结果表明:相比于UASB厌氧反应器,CLR厌氧反应器比UASB厌氧反应器拥有更高的容积负荷、上流速度,更短的水力停留时间,这些优势使得CLR厌氧反应器日处理量更大,降解污染物效果更佳;此外,CLR厌氧反应器结垢部位以内循环管和出水管为主,结垢周期相比UASB延长了一倍,提高了反应器抗冲击的能力;再者,CLR厌氧反应器比UASB厌氧反应器能耗更低。 The article analyzes and compares the characteristics of anaerobic reactor design specifications,leachate effluent indicators,operating energy consumption and system stability,combined with the operating data of the leachate treatment system.The results show that:compared to UASB anaerobic reactor,CLR The anaerobic reactor has a higher volume load,upstream flow rate,and shorter hydraulic retention time than the UASB anaerobic reactor.These advantages make the CLR anaerobic reactor have a larger daily processing capacity and better degradation of pollutants;in addition,The scale of the CLR anaerobic reactor is dominated by internal circulation pipes and water outlet pipes.The scale period is doubled compared with UASB,which improves the reactor's ability to resist impact.Furthermore,the CLR anaerobic reactor is more anaerobic than the UASB Energy consumption is lower.
