摘要
阐述了在石油化工厂装置的日常检维修和停车大检修中,如何将安全高风险作业识别出来,分析了各项高风险作业的关健风险点,提出了针对各项高风险作业的安全控制措施。
This paper expounds how to identify the safe and high-risk operation in the daily inspection and maintenance and shutdown overhaul of petrochemical plants,analyzes the key risk points of various high-risk operation,and puts forward the safety control measures for various high-risk operation.
