阳山县农村污水处理现状及运营管理对策研究 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,随着人居环境整治及乡村振兴工作的开展,我县作为生态发展功能区,农村生活污水治理取得了一定成效,但由于农村生活污水收集、处理工程量大,流动人口变化大,要想充分发挥治理设施应有的作用,必须切实做好项目的前期建设及后期运行管理维护。本文在对阳山县农村生活污水处理现状调研的基础上,总结分析了在工程设计、设施运行、日常管理等方面存在的问题,探讨提出了从因地制宜选址、科学选择工艺、严控工程质量、健全资金筹措机制、加强考核评价等方面推动农村生活污水治理设施发挥应有的作用,以期为推动我县农村生活污水处理工作、改善农村水环境质量带来积极影响,同时也能为其他地区的处理设施运营管理提供借鉴。 In recent years,with the improvement of the human settlement environment and the revitalization of the countryside,our county,as a functional zone for ecological development,has achieved certain results in the treatment of rural domestic sewage.However,due to the large amount of rural domestic sewage collection and treatment works and the large change of the floating population,if we want to give full play to the due role of the treatment facilities,we must do a good job in the early construction and later operation management and maintenance of the project.This article summarizes and analyzes the problems in engineering design,facility operation,daily management,etc.on the basis of the investigation of the current situation of rural domestic sewage treatment in Yangshan County.It is suggested that the rural domestic sewage treatment facilities should be promoted from the aspects of site selection according to local conditions,scientific selection of technology,strict control of project quality,improvement of fund raising mechanism,and enhancement of assessment and evaluation.In order to promote our county's rural domestic sewage treatment work,improve the quality of rural water environment to bring positive impact,but also for other areas of the treatment facilities operation management to provide reference.
