Environmental Risk Analysis and Prevention Measures of Spraying Project for A Heavy Industry Company

安全生产和风险防控是保障企业正常运营和持续盈利的先决条件。本文以某重型工业企业喷涂项目为例,通过对项目原辅材料的危险性和生产过程风险的识别与分析,计算风险潜势,提出风险防范与减缓措施,建立风险防范管理体系,制定事故应急预案,有效地降低了项目运行中的环境风险。项目提出的风险防范与减缓措施可为国内类似项目提供参考依据。

Safety production and risk prevention and control are prerequisites for ensuring the normal operation and sustained profitability of the enterprise.A spraying project of a heavy industry company was taken as an example in this article.Through the identification and analysis of the hazards of raw and auxiliary materials of the project,as well as potential risk during the production process,the risk potential was calculated,risk prevention and mitigation measures proposed,risk prevention management system established,emergency response plan developed,and the environmental risk was effectively decreased during project operation.The risk prevention and mitigation measures proposed in the project could provide reference for similar projects in China.
