摘要 在Novolen聚丙烯装置中脱气仓排出的尾气送入膜回收系统,回收的氮气返回脱气仓,回收单体和载气一同进入载气压缩机处理,处理后的气体在载气压缩机出口分成二股:一股返回反应器,一股送出装置界区。膜回收单元在生产不同牌号的聚丙烯产品时均能很好的回收烃类和氮气,回收率,烃类≥90%,氮气≥60%。 The tail gas discharged from the purge vessel in the Novolen polypropylene plant is sent to the membrane recovery system,and the recovered nitrogen is returned to the purge vessel.The recovered monomer and carrier gas enter the carrier gas compressor together for treatment.The treated gas is divided into two streams at the outlet of the carrier gas compressor:one stream is returned to the reactor and the other stream is sent out of the battery limit of the plant.The membrane recovery unit can recover hydrocarbons and nitrogen very well when producing polypropylene products of different brands,with recovery rate of hydrocarbons≥90% and nitrogen ≥60%.
