摘要 制药业,是人类历史上将制药技术提升至药物量产化的工程技术。在当前医药行业收入稳定且快速增长的大环境下,同时在国家政策的大力支持下,催生了一大批的医药企业与科研院所,很多高校也开设了相关院系,越来越多的人才选择从事或转入医药行业,这使得高校对于医药行业的人才培养方面不得不更进一步谨慎与严格。制药工程专业是一个化学、药学和工程学交叉的工科类专业,以培养从事药品制造,新工艺、新设备、新品种的开发、放大和设计人才为目标。作为一个相对年轻的专业,尽管制药工程专业在名称上是新的,但是从学科沿革来看它的产生并不是全新的,是相近专业的延续,也是中国科学技术发展的产物。对于复合型制药人才的培养,也将是未来制药工程专业人才培养的一个主要方向,使得高校的人才培养能够在目前国家医药行业大发展的环境下满足工业发展的需要。 The pharmaceutical industry is an engineering technology that promotes pharmaceutical technology to mass production of drugs in human history.In the current environment of stable and rapid income growth of the pharmaceutical industry,and the strong support of national policies,a large number of pharmaceutical companies and scientific research institutes have been spawned.Many universities have also established related departments and more and more talents The choice to engage in or transfer to the pharmaceutical industry has forced universities to be more cautious and rigorous in terms of personnel training in the pharmaceutical industry.The pharmaceutical engineering major is an engineering specialty that intersects chemistry,pharmacy,and engineering,with the goal of cultivating talents engaged in pharmaceutical manufacturing,development of new processes,new equipment,and new varieties,amplification,and design.As a relatively young specialty,although the name of the pharmaceutical engineering specialty is new,its emergence from the perspective of disciplines is not entirely new.It is a continuation of similar majors and a product of the development of science and technology in China.The cultivation of compound pharmaceutical talents will also be a major direction for the cultivation of pharmaceutical engineering professionals in the future,so that talent cultivation in colleges and universities can meet the needs of industrial development under the current development environment of the national pharmaceutical industry.
