不同水滑石的制备及隔热保温性能的研究 被引量:2

Preparation of Different Hydrotalcite and its Applications for Insulation Coating

摘要 以不同金属硝酸盐和混合碱为原料,采用水热法制备了镁铝水滑石/钙铝水滑石/锌铝水滑石。采用X-射线衍射仪、傅里叶红外光谱以对其结构进行了表征,将制备的不同水滑石作为颜填料,用于水性隔热涂料中,采用自制的隔热装置进行隔热性能测试。结果表明,三种水滑石具有良好的水滑石结构,将其作为颜填料,镁铝水滑石可以明显提高水性涂料隔热性能,隔热温差可以达到12.6℃。同时经过多项性能测试,推断隔热方式主要是热反射和热辐射而不是热传导。 Magnesium aluminum hydrotalcite/calcium aluminum hydrotalcite/zinc aluminum hydrotalcite were prepared by hydrothermal method with different metal nitrates and mixed alkali as raw materials.The structure was characterized by X-ray diffractometer and Fourier infrared spectrum,and the different hydrotalcite were used as color filler in water-based thermal insulation coating.The thermal insulation performance was tested by self-made thermal insulation device.The results show that the three kinds of hydrotalcite have good structure of hydrotalcite,as color filler,magnesium aluminum hydrotalcite can significantly improve the thermal insulation performance of waterborne coating and the thermal insulation temperature difference can reach 12.6℃.After a number of performance tests at the same time,it is concluded that the thermal insulation is mainly thermal reflection and radiation rather than heat conduction.
