摘要
针对茂名石化HDPE中空专用料HXM50100制品偏软、耐堆码性能偏低的问题,分析了原因并提出改进对策。研究结果表明,改进后的HXM50100N的弯曲强度从18.9 MPa提高到23.3 MPa,弯曲模量从1030 MPa提高到1430 MPa,材料刚性明显增加,从而明显改善制品耐堆码性能。
The paper analyzed the reason of poor stacking performance of hollow container made by HDPE specialty resin HXM50100 produced by Maoming Petrochemical Branch Company,SINOPEC,put forward relative measures and carried them into action.The results indicated that rigidity of HXM50100N after improvement had been enhanced obviously.Its flexural strength had been enhanced from 18.9 MPa to 23.3 MPa,flexural modulus had been raised from 1030 MPa to 1430 MPa.The stacking performance of hollow container made by HXM50100N had been improved obviously.
