This paper mainly introduces the application of the standard orifice flowmeter in the refinery,as well as the measurement principle and installation requirements of the orifice flowmeter,discusses the causes of the measurement errors of the orifice flowmeter and the countermeasures,discusses the daily maintenance and precautions of the orifice flowmeter,improves the accuracy of the orifice measurement,reduces the failure rate of the flowmeter,and provides a reliable basis for the production and operation process control.
