摘要
隆回县工业园污水处理厂工程总设计规模30000 m3/d,分两期建设,其中,一期15000 m3/d,设计采用“预处理+水解酸化池+改良型A2/O+二沉池+V型滤池+紫外消毒”工艺,污泥采用高压板框压滤机脱水至60%以下的含水率后外运处置,本文重点介绍了各处理单元的工艺设计参数及设备配置情况,目前,污水厂已建成并投产运营,从运营效果来看,其各项指标均达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)中一级A排放标准。
The total design scale of the sewage treatment plant project in Longhui Industrial Park is 30000 m3/D,which is constructed in two phases.In the first phase,15000 m3/D is designed.The process of“pretreatment+hydrolysis acidification tank+improved A2/O+secondary sedimentation tank+V-type filter tank+UV disinfection”is adopted in the design.The sludge is dehydrated to a moisture content of less than 60%by high-pressure plate and frame filter press and then transported out for disposal.This paper focuses on the process design of each treatment unit Parameters and equipment configuration:at present,the sewage plant has been completed and put into operation.From the perspective of operation effect,all indicators meet the class a discharge standard in the discharge standard of pollutants for urban sewage treatment plant(GB18918-2002).
