摘要
随着铁路建设市场增长放缓,各监理公司之间竞争加剧,单一业务的公司将面临前所未有的竞争压力。同时,地域及行业壁垒也限制了铁路监理企业的进一步发展。在这种形势下,各铁路监理企业必须要寻求业务转型,从而实现新的发展。鉴于此,本文围绕铁路监理企业向项目管理企业转型展开研究,探讨具体转型思路和路径。
With the growth of the railway construction market slowing down,the competition between various supervision companies is intensified,and companies with the single business will face unprecedented competitive pressure.At the same time,geographical and industry barriers have also restricted the further development of railway supervision enterprises.In this situation,all railway supervision companies must seek business transformation to achieve new development.In view of this,this article focuses on the transformation of railway supervision enterprises to project management enterprises,and discusses specific transformation ideas and paths.
