文章结合烟草行业实施EPC总承包的项目情况,介绍了EPC总承包模式,分析了EPC总承包模式下的烟草工程质量的主要影响因素,总结了项目实施过程中设计、采购、施工的质量管理要点,提出相关质量管理建议,为以后烟草行业EPC总承包项目的质量管理提供参考。

This paper combined with the implementation of EPC general contracting mode in tobacco industry,introduces the EPC general contracting mode,analyzes the main influencing factors of tobacco project quality under the EPC general contracting mode,summarizes the quality management points of design,procurement and construction in the process of project implementation,and puts forward relevant quality management suggestions,so as to provide reference for the quality management of EPC general contracting project in tobacco industry in the future.
