摘要
本文搜集民宿国内外房源数量排名前三的APP爱彼迎、途家、木鸟的关于大理民宿在线网络评论,运用扎根理论的研究方法,处理所获网络文本,得到民宿游客感知评价体系,结合层次分析法得到影响因素及评价因子的权重即重要程度。影响因素的权重分布基本符合Smith产品五要素之间关系,同时各评价因子通过不同维度影响游客感知的不同方面,影响程度有所不同,但均不可或缺。
This article collects the online reviews of Dali B&B from the top three APPs on Airbnb,Tujia and Wooden Birds in the number of home and abroad listings,uses the grounded theory research method to process the obtained web texts and obtain B&B tourists'perception evaluation system,combines with the analytic hierarchy process to obtain the weight of the influencing factors and evaluation factors,namely,the importance.The weight distribution of influencing factors basically conforms to the relationship among the five elements of Smith products.At the same time,each evaluation factor affects different aspects of tourists'perception through different dimensions,and the degree of influence is different,but they are all indispensable.
