摘要
介绍一个应用项目管理方法进行咨询服务项目管理的案例。该项目具有本行业中首次开展、无现成经验借鉴、覆盖范围广、多层级多部门协同配合等特点,在项目具体目标制定及实现方法方面存在难点。通过聚焦各项重点管理任务,注重项目管理方法应用,实现了项目的预期目标。现将项目管理过程进行总结分析,希望能为同类项目管理工作提供参考。
This paper introduces a case of consulting service project management with project management method.This project is for the first time to launch in the field,with the features of no ready-made experience,wide coverage,multi-level and multi department cooperation ect.,and there are difficulties in the formulation and implementation of specific objectives.By focusing on the key management tasks and the application of project management methods,the expected objectives of the project are achieved.Now the project management process is summarized and analyzed,hoping to provide reference for similar project management.
