Implementing Joint Surveying and Mapping to Improve the Service Quality of Surveying and Mapping Enterprises

建设工程项目从开始的立项到最后的不动产登记完成,每个环节都需要测绘单位提供测绘成果报告,涉及竣工测量、房产测绘、地籍测绘等三项测绘报告,以上几项工作分别由不同的测绘单位完成,不仅不能统一标准,使得工作重复,而且增加了企业负担。本文对联合测绘进行分析,实现为项目单位减负,方便企业办事。对测绘企业的服务质量提出了更高的要求,测绘企业应该在联合测绘的大趋势下严格要求,提高服务质量。

From the beginning of project establishment to the completion of real estate registration,each link of construction project needs surveying and mapping units to provide surveying and mapping results reports,involving three surveying and mapping reports of completion survey,real estate surveying and mapping,cadastral surveying and mapping.The above works are completed by different surveying and mapping units,which not only can not unify the standards,but also increase the burden of enterprises.This paper analyzes the joint surveying and mapping to reduce the burden for the project unit and facilitate the business.Higher requirements are put forward for the service quality of surveying and mapping enterprises.Surveying and mapping enterprises should strictly require and improve the service quality under the general trend of joint surveying and mapping.
