This paper introduces the application of EPC in tobacco industry,puts forward the whole life cycle design concept,and summarizes the whole life cycle design goal from the project pre consultation,the project mid implementation and the project post operation,which realizes the extension of the design service scope before and after,and is conducive to the follow-up exploration and development of EPC in tobacco industry.
