摘要
结合老厂矿区矿床开采技术条件和所选用的采矿方法,通过对传统铲运机出矿的进路式底部结构的使用中存在的问题进行分析,提出了适合开采不稳固围岩矿体的铲运机出矿斗穿式底部结构。生产试验研究表明:该结构在一定的开采技术条件下所具有的一系列显著优点,对实现安全、高效、高强度和低成本开采将提供重要保障。
Combining the mining technical conditions of the old factory mining area and the mining methods selected,through analysis of the problems existing in the use of the access bottom structure of the traditional scraper,the scraper through-out bottom structure suitable for mining of unsuitable ore body is proposed.Production test research shows that the structure has a series of significant advantages under certain mining technology conditions,and provides important guarantees for achieving safe,efficient,high-strength and low-cost mining.
