摘要
钢箱梁是大跨径桥梁常用的结构形式,因为钢材抗弯、抗扭性能好,钢箱梁可以做的比混凝土结构轻,外形可以更简洁、美观。S3公路先期实施段新建工程2标钢箱梁安装工程,包括1处45m单跨钢-砼简支叠合梁和2处43m+64m+43m三跨钢-砼变高度连续叠合梁。为了方便运输和安装,需要进行有效的结构拆分。厂内实施精度管控,确保钢结构的加工精度满足设计要求。施工场地狭长,横向规划河道多,跨路施工作业时,做好交通组织,对靠近轨道交通16号线的区域采取相应的保护措施,远离轨交保护区域。S3公路先期实施段新建工程为迪士尼配套工程,建设周期短,需结合下部结构施工进度、钢箱梁加工进度和业主交地情况,精细施工计划,做好进度管理。希望本文可以为类似工程提供相应技术参考。
Steel box girder is a commonly used structural form for large-span bridges.Because steel has good bending and torsion resistance,steel box girder can be made lighter than concrete structure,and the shape can be more concise and beautiful.The installation of 2 standard steel box girder for the new construction of the S3 highway in the early implementation period includes one 45m single-span steel-concrete simply supported composite beam and two 43m+64m+43m three-span steel-concrete variable-height continuous composite beams.In order to facilitate transportation and installation,an effective structural split is required.The factory implements precision control to ensure that the machining accuracy of the steel structure meets the design requirements.The construction site is long and narrow,and there are many horizontally planned rivers.During cross-road construction operations,the transportation organization should be well organized,and the corresponding protection measures should be taken for the area near the rail transit line 16 and away from the rail transit protection area.The new construction of the early implementation section of the S3 highway is a supporting project for Disney.The construction period is short.It is necessary to combine the construction progress of the substructure,the processing progress of the steel box girder and the land exchange situation of the owner.This article can provide corresponding technical reference for similar projects.
