Geological survey is the premise and basis of engineering design and construction.In recent years,due to the continuous application of computer technology and information science technology in surveying and mapping engineering,surveying technology has taken an important step from traditional methods to digital development.Using digital technology in geological engineering surveying and mapping can efficiently obtain more accurate data.This article briefly introduces the digital surveying and mapping technology and its advantages,and explains the direction of the specific application of digital surveying and mapping technology in geological engineering surveying,with a view to promoting the development of surveying and mapping technology and geological engineering.
