摘要
为解决新型餐饮业普遍存在的排水规模小、浓度高、收集与处理困难、规模化处理困难等问题,研究蚕蛹缺氧-复合生物滤池-接触氧化-活性生物滤床工艺进行处理。结果表明,在进水浓度CODcr为587~1876mg/L、TN、NH3-N、TP的浓度分别为54.6~152.5mg/L、45.4~133.5mg/L、3.56~14.4mg/L的条件下,本工艺对污染物的去除率达到84.6%,91.5%,77.4%,96.3%,且活性生物滤床水力负荷在0.132m^3·m^-2·d^-1时效果最佳。
In order to solve the problems of small drainage,high concentration,difficulty in collection and treatment,and difficulty in large-scale treatment in the new catering industry,the silkworm pupa hypoxia-composite biofilter-contact oxidation-active biofilter process was studied.The results show that under the conditions of influent concentration CODcr of 587-1876mg/L,TN,NH3-N,TP concentration of 54.6-152.5mg/L,45.4-133.5mg/L,3.56-14.4mg/L,the removal rate of pollutants in this process reaches 84.6%,91.5%,77.4%,96.3%,and the hydraulic load of the active biofilter is best when it is 0.132m3·m-2·d-1.
